The U.S. Navy fired the captain and executive officer of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier George Washington on Wednesday because of a massive fire that damaged the ship in May, Navy officials said.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

2. Air Out Mattresses Daily By Placing Them in Gangway.

6. Fireworks Allowed Only on Sundays.
7. Courtesy Counts – Bus Your Own Meal Trays, and Don’t Hog the Showers.
8. Hibatchi Stove Borrowing is on a Strictly First Come, First Served Basis.
9. Each Sailor Must Keep His Under-bed Spare Gasoline Can Full at All Times.
10. Do Not Wake the Captain Unless More Than 20% of the Ship is Engulfed in Flames.
